Enrollment Election & Changes Instructions

When first eligible for benefits:

Go to www.flexible-productsconnection.com
User ID: First Initial + Last Name (e.g.John Smilth = Jsmith)
Enter your Password: Default is set to Last 4 of your SSN
The system will require you to create a new password
Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement

Mid-year enrollment changes (if applicable) are also made through www.flexible-productsconnection.com
